1. Consultation Fees
Fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise invested in understanding your preferences and preparing a tailored Vehicle Brief.
2. Vehicle Search & Concierge Service Fees
If you engage us to perform a vehicle search or concierge purchasing service, any up-front fees paid are considered earned upon engagement and are generally non-refundable, even if:

You choose not to purchase a vehicle

You decide to purchase a vehicle through another party

The search period ends without identifying a vehicle that meets your criteria
We commit time, resources, and industry knowledge to your search, and these services begin immediately upon agreement.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

A documented error on our part that materially impacts your experience

A significant failure to deliver contracted services
All requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the issue and will be reviewed by management.
4. Vehicle Purchases
Bailey Auto Brokers does not sell vehicles directly except where expressly noted. Any refund or return related to a vehicle purchase is subject to the policies of the third-party seller (e.g., dealership, auction house, or private party). We are not responsible for the terms or conditions of vehicle sales executed through third-party sellers.
